Commission:

Leanne Laine Fine Art pays 10% on sales referred through your website. The commissions you earn represent your total profit, as Leanne Laine Fine Art will handle all aspects of the sale, which includes shipping, handling and insurance. There are no hidden costs. Commissions are based on the price of each art piece sold. Although Leanne Laine Fine Art ships for free within the USA and Canada, commissions are not generated on International shipping fees or expedited shipping fees.

Commission Payment:

Leanne Laine Fine Art processes commission payments on the last day of the following calendar month for commissions earned in the previous month. For example, for sales made April 1st thru April 30th, commissions will be paid on May 31st. The reason that we pay out on the last calendar day of the following calendar month is to avoid discrepencies if an art piece was returned from a customer that was referred to us from your site. Commissions are paid once your commissions reach a minimum of $20.00.

Customer Returns

If a customer who was referred to us from your website returns their art piece for a straight refund within the allotted time frame stated in our return policy, which is 14 days, commissions are not generated for this sale. If a customer exchanges their art piece within the alotted time frame stated in our return policy, for another art piece for equal, lesser, or more value, then commissions will be paid based on that exchange.

Before we ship out paintings or giclées, we carefully inspect them before and after they are packaged and these inspections are logged. As these items are of growing value quality fine art, customer's ensure that returns are very carefully packaged in the same manner as it was delivered to them. We will not honor returns should the item arrive back in poor condition. We are also not responsible for shipping charges as well as any damaged or lost returns along the way.
