While all our prices are shown in US dollars, you can choose as you shop, or at point of purchase, whether you wish your order to be billed in Canadian dollars, US dollars or the Euro. All prices will be shown in the currency of choice. The currency conversion is updated automatically and daily for your convenience.

CANADIAN ORDERS: HST IS APPLIED TO B.C. ORDERS WHILE GST IS APPLIED TO ALL OTHER CANADIAN ORDERS.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

SHIPPING IS FREE !!!!*

All shipped items are securely packaged and marked. Upon receipt of your payment, please allow 3 business weeks for delivery of giclées in Canada and USA, 5-6 weeks for delivery of paintings. All art pieces are shipped via Fedex, DHL or UPS couriers.

For International buyers, there is a shipping & handling fee. Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery of giclées, 7-8 weeks for delivery of paintings.

Despite the increase in gas prices, hence the increase in delivery and courier costs, Leanne Laine Fine Art provides free shipping where applicable* simply as an expressed thanks to the overwhelming response received for her work. However, please be advised that Leanne Laine Fine Art is not responsible if there are any custom duty charges upon receiving item.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Insurance is included. Should your items encounter damage in the process of its delivery, or should you not receive it within the advised turnaround, please contact us and we will track it immediately.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving giclées. Before we ship out paintings or giclées, we carefully inspect them before and after they are packaged and these inspections are logged. As these items are of growing value quality fine art, please ensure that your return is very carefully packaged in the same manner as it was delivered to you. Therefore, we expect to receive your return in the same condition as it was when it left. We will not honor returns should the item arrive back in poor condition. We are also not responsible for shipping charges or fees, as well as any damaged or lost returns along the way. While you may ship the return by the method of your choice, we highly recommend that you use a faster than standard service with insurance. For hand painted art pieces, as paintings are discussed with the client before payment is made, including color schemes, subject matter, and other consultation, all of which happens before paint goes to canvas, there are no refunds on hand painted works, unless due to shipping damage due to the weeks of effort that goes into each piece.
